Well what can I say. I am almost lost for words. Kirk was an amazing host and created such amazing experience for us. It's hard to pick a favourite activity but the breath work was something totally new and absolutely mind-blowing. Ice bath, sauna and magnesium float combined to create a perfect experience. Highly recommended and 5 stars all the way.
