One star is too high for Zara in Miranda. I wonder if one of the requirements to get a job there, is to be rude. I have never come across such bad customer service. The staff members never greet customers, never smile and are only focused on taking your money at the register.

I was overwhelmed by the sale and looking for a outfit that I needed for NYE. I asked a staff member who was sorting the rack I was looking at, her name was Louber, for an opinion similar to what I wanted however size was not available. She took the time in A busy peak hour in store to search for the, size and ended up suggesting alternate options. Outfit purchased was a result of her assistance and time. Very greatful

The service in this store is awful. It is every time I shop here, which is a fair bit. I have quite often just walked out without purchasing anything as the wait to be served is ridiculous.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff, they helped find my partner’s piece quickly. The manager with tattoos was so unbelievably professional and made sure we left happy.

Services leaves a lot to be desiredPerhaps management can train the young lady behind cash register in the male section how to correctly place a men suite in the suite garment bag - pretty easy stuff , thread the coat hanger through the opening of the suite bag … surely she has done this before ??

Customer service was absolutely appalling! The lady who “served” me at the cash register in the childrens section was obviously not wanting to be there nor does she know how to smile. She shoved all the clothes (14 items) in a bag, not folding one piece of clothing! I know staffing is an issue in every industry at the moment but didn’t realise there was a shortage on customer service skills.

Couple of weeks ago my wife had purchased a jacket and only noticed a stain on it when she got home. Last week we went to Miranda store to exchange it. The sales assistant called the manager and we waited at the counter for 15 minutes and no one attended. The sales assistant went to the back and only came to inform us one manager is on lunch and “we are going on sale next week and the other manager is busy with that” and suggested to email customer service and that “they always accept it”How are we supposed to email customer service the jacket?!?!We managed to remove the stain with soap and water but no cloths should ever be sold in this condition especially for $189 price. Very disappointing.

Absolutely appalling service at your Miranda store today. The store was empty except for the queue of people at the counter waiting to pay and staff were just talking whilst people were waiting to be served, then when they did come to serve they seemed like they really did not want to be there and work . I returned 3 tops and bought 3 tops, as the girl was returning them she was putting the security tags on as she went and could not care less about where she was putting them and put holes through all three tops right in the middle of the tops which is such a waste of a garment and all the processes that garment has had to go through to be in store. From the cotton farming and processing to the manufacturing and freight from country to country to name a few. Please teach your staff to have respect for all the people that have worked and all the resources used to make those tops.The staff was so rude, they put the tags through the clothing creating holes in the clothing and when I mentioned that the top I was buying had an obvious hole in it from the security tag the staff member looked at me and sighed like she actually now has to get another one so my mum went to grab one , then she asked me if I wanted a bag I said no I have my own bag, she put my sale through and when I got the docket she had charged me for the bag but not given me one. I proceeded to tell her that I said I didn’t need a bag and she had charged me for it, her response was ‘well I have already charged you so I can’t return it to you’. Absolutely appalling all round to charge someone for something they don’t even want or have and then walk away and say that.This is a very disappointing experience and someone needs to be accountable for the wastage of clothing that will most likely end up in landfill because of this carelessness.

Great customer service and styling advise provided by Liubov. I have never ever come across such knowledgeable and friendly service in my life. This was unbelievable. Ten stars!!!!
