Cafe On Alpine
This is a lovely quiet spot to have a coffee, surrounded by gorgeous plants, sitting inside or outside in the courtyard. They use the excellent Blackstar coffee which is roasted in West End in Brisbane. There are cakes and other snacks available.

Cafe On Alpine is a lovely little Cafe at the back of the Birchgrove Nursery shop. The food was excellent, but not everything is about the food. What I really liked was enjoying that quality food at a table in the laid-back setting of a garden nursery amongst the plants on a nice cool day.I've eaten there twice in the last month and was very happy both times. We drove up from the Moreton Bay region to purchase some hard to find plants and stumbled onto the lovely Cafe after making our plant purchases.

Bought the pie and was bland. Also bought the apple and custard pie and was bland also. Staff were fantastic. Drive way is tight.

This is also a nursery with a great range of specialty roses along with other shrubs and trees. Stop for a tea/coffee whilst buying that special plant, you won't be disappointed.

Nice cafe and plants. Expected nice coffee as has Blackstar beans but both coffees burnt and extremely hot.
