I have attended 1 on 1 sessions, group fitness sessions and even had the opportunity to take part in charity events like the Eureka stair climb with the UFF group. No matter your fitness level, or the type of exercise you're into, UFF has you covered. I highly recommend working with Ultimate Female Fitness!
