Precision Plumbing

Ben and his team at Precision Plumbing are the most professional and reliable plumbers we have ever used. We’ve contacted them a number of times to repair pipes both in the wall cavity and outdoors. They don’t charge an arm and a leg and they are always on time. I have recommended them to a number of my friends.

Firstly, let me say that I usually do not believe 'positive' reviews, as these may be written by employees, friends or relatives. Negative reviews are the more reliable. Also, please note that I am using a friend's gmail account since I don't have one. Here is my experience with Precision Plumbing (PP):During late October we had Drew from PP attend in order to quote for repairs to a leaking roof in the vicinity of one of our 4 skylights. While on the roof he cracked the skylight dome then temporarily sealed it with silicon. The dome was previously in very good condition with no existing cracks or damage.Furthermore, Drew did not provide a written quote but instead attempted to charge us $250 plus GST for a call out fee; this is neither ethical nor professional, since their website clearly states FREE QUOTE (see Menu at bottom of the web page).We layer emailed PP, respectfully requesting that the sum of $274 + GST ($27.40) be paid to us in order to replace the cracked skylight dome (this is the amount that Skyspan Australia Pty Ltd will charge us for a replacement). In addition, I would have to install it myself or pay another company to do the work.As was expected PP did not reply to our request so I thought I would provide a warning to other customers about this company's methods of extracting money from unwary customers.If you consider PP for any job, ask them if they charge a call out fee and how much (they shouldn't since their website clearly states free quote).I cannot attest to their standard of work, as we went through another company that expertly carried out the repairs for around half the price.We are still awaiting a response from PP.Paul V

We had an emergency at our house and Drew was great to deal with and his service was exceptional. Definitely would recommend.

wow very impressed with these boys, last Wednesday and 3pm my hot water unit busted, called this mob and within 3 hours I had a new one at my house and installed, great communication on pricing and what was involved, service was next level and the fast response time meant my family had hot showers the next day, couldn't recommend this company any more, thanks boys

Ben and his team have helped us out several times in the last 12 months. They are extremely punctual, knowledgeable, complete work to the highest standard and explain everything they do. Very responsive to emergency call outs. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will definitely continue to use Precision Plumbing in the future.

Absolutely the best. Had them fit out our whole house and made sure they got it done on time during our renovation. Then needed them back for emergency toilet unblock, was there within the hour. Can't recommend these guys enough. Keep up the great work!

Great and fast service -had an urgent small issue and precision plumbing went out of their way to send a plumber first thing in the morning and fixed my taps and replaced my shower rose immediately much to my relief as I had an open house that day -price was reasonable as well so would recommend Precision Plumbing

Ben came out within hours of our initial call. We received a courtesy message to let us know he would be coming soon. Arrived on time and completed the repair quickly and professionally. No more leak! Ben was very polite and cleaned as he went. Would recommend this business.

We've used the Precision Plumbing team multiple times for our home in Viewbank. From major work to minor repairs they've been fantastic. They communicate well, are on time and are great value. I'd highly recommend their services
