Good afternoon,With the changes to staffing at the Adelaide office, Harley Rose took over the property manager role for my property located in Whyalla.From the onset of her taking this position, she was quick to take a property inspection to ascertain if all was in order, a couple of minor faults were discovered and promptly rectified as well as a slight concern with the tenant, also quickly addressed.Since Harley has taken this position, I have been afforded correspondence on a regular basis, for all matters relating to the property as well as rental guidance and property market moves in and around Whyalla in general as well as information in regards to tenants being able to service rents with the uncertainty surrounding Atrium" and the decline in employment opportunities

Hayley was not just so professional in her manner but more importantly she looked after me like I was the most important clients she had.Her appointment times were perfect and was always available to discuss my various options.Her professionalism and amiable nature is a superb combination and she is a definite asset to Park Trent. The worst experience I've ever had.I want to make clear I had such a wonderful experience in my first year renting with Park Trent as my property manager always went the extra mile and was so lovely and easy to communicate with when I needed her (Hayley Rose).However a handover happened 1 year in that burned through several property managers without telling me, and it became a nightmare to say the least. Constantly unable to contact them. Suddenly threatened to be kicked out with 1 week notice if I did sign a rental increase that same week whilst in the early months of covid despite paying my rent early on a major paycut every week. Never being able to contact them to come to an agreement. Refusing to help me sign up for covid relief programs to help pay my rent that cost them nothing. Continually trying to overcharge me for rent and bills for after I'd left and been out of contract when we agreed to, and having to show them invoices for these bills I'd already paid with a response weeks later of oh sorry" and nothing else

I have dealt with Hayley Rose on 2 properties and she has been excellent on both occasions. She is a lady of her word and responds promptly to questions and queries.Hayley makes you feel important and respected whilst at the same time being straight forward and honest.Hastings
