Adairs Rockingham

Absolutely wonderful customer service. Was shopping for a new pillow and the staff were polite, helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I needed.

I went Into Adairs Rockingham on the 19.02.20 and it looked like there wasn't a single person in the store. I am not familiar with the store layout or really Adairs products in general. I came into the store looking for a white quilt cover with texture in a queen size and needed assistance - as I stated I don't know much about the products or range they have. After standing there for probably 3 minutes unsure about where to start looking a woman who is shorter with long black hair finally asked me if I needed help and I said yes and continued to ask where the quilt covers were and told her what I was looking for, she seemed less then impressed to serve me or at the fact I didn't know where the quilt covers were to begin with. She showed me to the white quilt covers and said if you need anything let me know" with a judgemental face and walked straight away from me. I walked into this store with the intention of spending quite a lot of money but walked out with nothing. The customer service here was terrible and I have been told by many people that Adairs Rockingham are not very friendly but I went in with good intentions but was proven that what people say is true. I would not suggest shopping here at all unless you want rude and unhelpful staff members."
