I have been visiting this medical centre for over 7 years. The receptionists Lucy and Jane are always friendly and helpful. Dr Winnie Wong has been my Doctor during the time I have been coming to this practice. She is the best Doctor I have ever had. She is kind, caring and very thorough and never rushes the appointment and provides excellent follow-up care and will do what ever is required to secure timely appointments with specialists. Highly recommend this medical practice.

We have been happily visiting 1Health Carlingford for our family’s medical needs for 6 years now. We are a family of five - we have three young children. Our usual doctor is Dr Michael. He is very kind, caring, professional and always very thorough; no matter how seemingly small the issue. He often follows up by scheduling another appointment or calling to have a chat, which we really appreciate. We also see the wonderful, smiley Dr Tim and have seen many other great doctors there too. The nurse is wonderful - she has done about 30 vaccinations for us over the years and is very good and effective with kids. On-site pathology is very handy and I’ve never had to wait very long for it. I’ve even had emergency dental work done with the dentist. We are very thankful to have such a wonderful, comprehensive medical and dental clinic on our doorstep. We highly recommend 1 Health Carlingford.

Dr Sean Tan is 100% without question the best GP I’ve ever seen in my life. He’s been looking after me and my family for a few years now and never have we left feeling like we have an unresolved issue he always finds the best solution and really goes above and beyond. If your lucky enough to be his patient you’ll quickly find out what I mean

Dr Winnie is empathetic, caring and very experienced GP. Our family are appreciated to have Dr Winnie as our family doctor. 1 Health Medical Centre is the best in the area.

I have just moved to Carlingford for a few months and my experience at this clinic has been good. Dr Arushi Madan is professional and helpful. The online booking system is effective. No extended waiting time in my recent visits. I'd recommend my GP and this clinic.

Wife is pregnant and had to fast for blood test she came in at 9.30am but went home at 12pm after a blood test and a doctor session. Raised issues to the doctor we visited next time but still no response from management. Disappointed even after we booked; we had to wait 39 minutes after the appointed time. Doctors are professional though. Just the administration requires some management.

Dr. Molly Zhang was really accomodating and concern that it made me feel comfortable.The receptionist namely Jane was astoundingly helpful and knowledgeable as well, very efficient.This is by far the first time visiting a clinic that I have enjoyed it.Thanks !

Dr Sean has been my daughter's GP since she was a baby and I started seeing him as well. He's thorough and caring, always take time to address concerns and offers solutions. He's very busy but never rushes the appointment. My husband sees Dr Tim & Dr Michael and said they are fantastic too. Highly recommend this medical practice.

Since the pregnancy and the birth of my son, Dr So Hyun (Cilinia) Kwon has been looking after us. She is very knowledgeable and understanding of my conditions and able to help me guide what would be the practical pathway to recovery and expedite any specialist appointment required. She is experienced with baby and children, and her caring demeanor makes my little one comfortable during the visit. Also, being fluent in Korean is also a good bonus for me. I am confident that you will be cared for in the long term and gladly recommend Dr Kwon.

we come to this GP probably since they opened. Linda has been the best while other drs are ok. One thing made us couldnt stand for this place is their terrible booking system. Literally everytime a minimum 20-30minutes delay of our scheduled appointments. Every single time that is for years without improvement. worst of all it seems to be the norm for their receptionists to allow patients waiting. Not sure if they doing it deliberately to overbook appointments or whatever the reason but I just had enough of it. they dont value patients time.Thats disrespectful. Not coming back again
