Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. Communication was lacking. We kept trying to give Nehal the chance to demonstrate professionalism but had to chase and chase her to find out where things were at with our business accounting. I understand she was pregnant and unwell, so gave her lots of extra time, but weeks rolled into months. Every week we would get another promise. In the end the ATO was chasing us for things that had not been done. We moved to another local accountant who has been outstanding. I would rather Nehal had told us she couldn't take us on as clients than have to experience the stress we went through. Having used many professional services over the years, I'm sorry to say this was the worst experience I've had.
