I’m so grateful for discovering this family business after moving into the area from the country several years ago.I have had three occasions to use HBT and on each occasion was very impressed with the friendly, professional service at an affordable cost.I thoroughly recommend HBT and their team.

I can not in good conscience recommend this business. Remembering how I was treated in August 2020. Took 2 laptops in for repairs, was promised I would recover as much info as possible on one of them but when I received the device, next to nothing was recovered, I wasn't informed of this change in promise prior to going to pick it up and I paid in full. On the second laptop I received it with a cracked display bezel, it also took them several minutes to find thw battery that was missing from the hp laptop. When I took in that hp laptop it had no crack on the bezel. I had already had enough and was so shocked by their service that I decided just to move on and save myself of more anxiety that I already suffer from.

Zach went above and beyond organising and building my dream computer! I was very particular about a certain look and Zach went out of his way to make everything fit my requirements! Extremely knowledgeable and very quick turnaround, it runs so quietly and I love the look

Conan and the team did a fantastic job looking after my PC recently. I use my PC to work from home most days, so only had a narrow window where I could get it looked at. I was able to pay an express fee to get it seen sooner. I was very impressed with their quick turnaround, knowledge and advice. Thanks, guys!

Customer service is always amazing and I genuinely can't complain about anything. Everyone I speak to is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely the best pc shop I've ever been to and they consistently have the best prices around! Just a 10/10 experience!
