Yesterday we had one of the best moment there during our dinning specially mocktails (aampanna) was amazing. Service was also amazing.

Worst experience ever, burnt food, totally a wastage of time and money, staff didn’t even want to face the customer, I was standing at counter to talk to someone and the girl at counter was totally ignoring us, at-least talk to customer if you are at counter. Pls stop giving attitude to customer they are not there for it. It was our anniversary dinner, felt embarrassed in front of friends to host dinner at such a place where staff don’t care about customer service. Our mains arrived after an hour and for 12 people they just served curry’s and 4 naan out of 14 naan and forgot to give raita and salad and chef had a courage to serve burnt food, I wasn’t expecting this from Aangan.

When this restaurant first opened we loved it. Recently returning back to the restaurant has been a deep regret. The experience at the restaurant has gone majorly down hill. QR codes at the table cheapen the experience. We had to ask for plates and glasses. The prices you pay at this restaurant and the servers don’t even come to check in on you. They gave us plates and we had to distribute ourselves. We went for my parents anniversary and they gave our cake in the box. I asked them to serve it on a plate and the girl nodded and walked off, we had to get up to ask for more plates to eat the cake on.Such a bad experience, if I wanted self serve I would go to a cheaper restaurant. The service was very bad, seemed the girls didn’t want to work there. Can’t blame them, seems management don’t care to maintain good quality experience or food. If I’m paying for a service I expect to get it. Fair exchange. No problem, will not return here.

I was picking up an order tonight that my brother placed. 1x veg fried rice and another veg fried rice family pack. We always order the same as we are vegetarian. Tonight when I picked up the order it looked different. There was 1x veg fried rice and some other type of rice in 4 x seperate containers. Usually the family pack comes in a big foil container. I rang my brother and got him to confirm the order to the girls on the floor. They apologised for incorrectly taking the order and told me it will be 5 mins to replace the order. After 30mins of wait the food arrived. I paid for the order and once arrived home realised they had got the order wrong again. There was one fried rice and a different rice type again in 4 x containers. My brother rang the restaurant and questioned why they had the wrong for the second time and why the family pack is packed in separate containers. Their reply was we have a new chef. Employing new staff is fine but they need to be trained properly first.I had to drive to the restaurant again and request that they replace the order. They refused and argued that this is the order we placed. I got them to bring the original docket and it had only 1 x veg fried rice and some other type of rice which proves they got the order wrong. No apologies no nothing and very hesitant to replace our order to the correct one even after telling them that we regularly order. Zero customer service skills and lack in communication skills. Manpreet is the staff member who took our original order.Will never order from here again.I ended up placing the order with Sharma sweets in Delahey. Beautiful food and great customer service. No confusion!!!

WORST food in west…I went there with family for dinner. It was totally a WASTAGE OF MONEY.The food was burnt and some of are food they forget to deliver on our table,didn't deliver the water we had to drink for our car. I suggest everyone do not waste you time and money here.

Customer service was fantastic food was really great staff was really friendly Rashdeep and Manpreet both were really great.. Rashdeep served us and took care of really well during the whole meal. Overall really great service

YOU CALL IT LACHA PARANTHA, but its kacha parantha, did take out, daal was ok but lacha parantha and missi roti was under average.Just posting because fix this and we will come back. Chicken biryani was good. Counter staff was really good though.

The worst experience I had last night.I can understand when people make their name they don’t care about customer service. Dhabba by aangan is one example.Their were two girls at counter. Firstly, only two tables were booked when I reached there and my partner asked them can we sit on couch rather then table to get comfortable but they refused to us and on the other minute two guy came and they offer that couch to them. I’m attaching picture as well. Well, I got surprised to see this discrimination. But anyway I heard their food is good so I controlled myself and order the food. Which I am going to attach another photo because idk why I can’t upload two photos.

I don't want to start with negative feedback. We had taken food before from this place which is very tasty.Sunday evening I did order Rogan Josh with other food items.Rogan Josh is horrible. I like to cook and I know the Rogan Josh recipe. They literally gave me rubbish.Please don't sell something which you don't even know how to cookThe price range is very high Aloo Gobi, Aloo Palak.Please think twice. I can understand running cost of a restaurantThank you
