Recovery Physiotherapy and Sports Rehab

Being a 42 year old woman, I thought I would need to accept my knee pain as a part of life moving forward. Needing to acknowledge that age and childhood sport participation had made parts of my body hit it’s use by date. After seeing Ben initially for a hip injury which healed within a few weeks of visiting, we were able to concentrate on my long term knee issues. Ben set up a strength and conditioning program which has allowed me to function like a 20 year old again without the aches and pains that I was experiencing on a daily basis. So grateful to be given a new lease on life and get back to the gym. Amazing work Ben

Firstly, for all physio appointments and any queries about your body, this man has it to the tee. He understands how the body works and works around all injuries,im a young chap with mulitple injuries without looking after myself in the long runEvery other physio place has taken months on end to find the problems, Ben at the first did his tests and understood what was to be done within the first couple sessions.Ben has been one to look after me with what i feel like a genuine reason to get me back to 100%, I have not been happier with all the results we have had in a short period of time. We had time to rehab which is what we did and we got results ASAP!.To say i am happy that i came here has got to be an understatement, we had a goal to coming back to sports PAIN Free and first off we got there in time. I am top of the moon right now as we look into Rehabing other injuries. Since moving to Sydney I struggled for a years to find a physio who could help with my back injury and chronic back pain, until I met Ben.Ben took the time to listen and thoroughly assessed my injuries and was able to effectively treat my injury. Post session he would always provide detailed treatment and rehab to keep on top of, to help with my recovery. If it wasn't for Ben I would have had to rely on medication.The fact my mobility and strength has improved tremendously over the years to the point, I can even effectively gym now and go about my day to day life without pain, is all thanks to his professionalism and care. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Was nervous about having home visit physio for my issues but Ben made me feel really comfortable. He arrived one time and spent time answering all my questions. He knew exactly what my issue was and how to help me manage it. I highly recommend his home visit service!
