Initially I have had a miscommunication with this agency and feel they were not helpful. However, as discussed the issue they seems to understand and arranged more support such as arranged the workshops of interview techniques, target setting etc to help you to get the job. Even I haven’t get any at the moment but feel fully supported by this agency.

The team at Help have been fantastic to deal with. Specifically, Tania, Karen and Richard are extremely professional, caring and respectful. They are a great team who take the time to listen to their clients, who they treat with compassion, dignity and respect. Tania's positive, friendly and vibrant personality really makes the office a much happier environment.

This team are extremely great, personable,and social able and extremely helpful, If you are willing to put in the work and co-operate with this team you will have a position before you can look up. The DES team are immensely supportive and extremely friendly and sensitive to the disabled job seekers needs an barriers. The entire team made me feel like I was on staff at the office whilst I was job hunting.

I worked with Karen at Help Enterprises Robina and it was an absolute delight. Finding work is always a tough process and Karen made me feel hugely supported, was very understanding and encouraging and always had a lovely smile on her face. A good organization that seems to hire only genuine, friendly staff. The digital portal is also a nifty modern take on the JSP format, sadly lacking in places like Tursa, that could also learn a thing or two about customer service from Help.I was helped by Gypsy, made me feel very welcome despite my inherent shyness in official proceedings.Would recommend to any one looking better assistance in finding work. Can't find better.

Speaking from a clients point of view, HELP employment have put forward some great candidates who are determined to work and have been consistent and reliable throughout major projects from start to finish.At the end of the day it comes down to the candidates willingness to work, Henry from help employment has done a phenomenal job of putting forward the candidates who are WILLING AND DETERMINED to work.Highly recommended!

Thank you to all the Staff at Help Enterprises, Robina. You have given me the right preparation to find a position that suited my needs. A special thanks to Tanya who stood with me and gave me the confidence, training and support when I needed it. You fought for me at every step and understood my situation. Also I must thank Dom, who battled hard and pushed for the position I have now. It's been 3 months since I started work as a casual, but now I have been made full-time, and given a new lease on life. I will miss your smiling faces, but I will always remember what you have given me.
