Nothing much to say or like.FURTHER TO SAMMY SMITH'S COMMENT:Service desk staff are utterly useless and highly rude and unprofessional.It astounds me that they pay people like that to work there, not in a good way either.MASTERS, get the d#ckheads and rude old bags OUT! They're bringing you down in flames. If you're ever wondering why bunnings always has a full car park, compare staff and you'll quickly find the answer.No recommendations here folks.

Customer service was disgusting. I regularly went to this masters as it was always a positive experience! But this time was a major let down. Asked the cashier Sharon in the garden department if/when they were unfortunately closing this store and I got my head bitten off with her extremely rude response. Safe to say they have now lost a loyal customer and I'll be taking my business to bunnings.

Your staff are in desperate need of training. I worked years in retail and am appalled at how difficult it was to receive any kind of assistance. If ever I saw someone walking around looking lost, I would always say hi how are you? And can I help you with anything? It's so easy! Even when approaching staff, I could barely get them to look at me let alone get any real help from them. I was treated as though I wasn't worth the time of day. Your company is cold and faceless, I won't be coming back.them to look at me

Staff are friendly, just dont have alot of brand name items. Half the time have to go to Bunnings anyway.

My wife and I have undertaken a full house reno which included a new kitchen. We engaged a kitchen company that played the old game of coming out with a design and going away to make changes without ever leaving you any information to think over the design. After a few meetings, we gave up and went to Masters Upper Coomera to see what they had. We met Eric, their CAD kitchen designer. He set an appointment and I brought in my measurements and layout. Eric was just fantastic and turned the drawings into a modern kitchen in front of my eyes as we tweaked each cupboard and accessory to get the maximum from the space allowed. This ended up a $25k+ kitchen with the very latest design. Brian in the appliances helped my wife choose her appliances with his fantastic product knowledge and we were then handed over to Kate to manage the install. The kitchen is currently being installed and we are awaiting the bench tops to be installed. This is a great team all working together to give the customer a fantastic experience. I thoroughly recommend them for your future kitchen.

What Masters calls 'Service'? My experience:Customers waiting to be served are not as important as:Standing and talking (2 staff)Answering personal phone calls (above staff)Single finger typist on a PC (1 staff)So when I finally got served, my order is in the back of the store so wait some more while we find somebody to get it....'Typist' staff attempted to assist with the comment 'Well you've only been waiting a minute with a tone that was priceless.Every other retailer I've used click n collect had the order ready at the counter

I always find super friendly staff here.., just need to up their range in certain areas. Way Better prices than Bunnings, don't believe their ads

No customer service skills at all at this store apart from a very lovely man in hardware in a wheelchair who is always the only person in the store to see if I need assistance.I live behind masters and I will still drive past it to go to Bunnings at Oxenford.

Have found staff to be very helpful, but the prices are just too high - always find cheaper at Bunnings. Garden Dept is also disappointing.

Poor customer service in plumbing section worst than poor actually, forced me to go to Bunnings to complete my purchase's. In fact not only was the service as Bunnings awsome it opened my eyes to whole lot more products and spent more money than i intended, so stick it up your bum Masters Coomera.
