Saw the post in Google that Rivers was open til 1730, so travelled in from Fernvale, only to be disappointed. The Rivers Riverlink Store is closed. Not impressed.

Visted the Rivers store in Ipswich today & found the store to be very well stocked & excellent prices. The customer service I received from server Janine was outstanding! Good old fashioned help & such a lovely personality I was met with from her. Absolutely made my shopping experience the best I've had in years. 5 stars for the best customer service in town.

There wasn't anybody else in the store except me and the 2 women were to busy talking to each other to even ask if I needed any help or greet me.

Great prices and good quality items at the Riverlink store. I was so impressed that we bought a big order online. It took more than 2 months for them to deliver. Better buy in store.
