Craig and the team are extremely professional, transparent, efficient, accommodating and friendly.The lovely receptionist made me a wonderful coffee while I waited for my car to be repaired for a scratch.The car was a rental and I had not paid the excess. I was very very stressed as i live overseas and Craig reassured me that he would be able to help.I have been saved so much stress and I cannot thank you guys enough.The job was quick, looked brand new and was a great price for the quality I received.Highly recommend anyone unsure of being able to trust someone to repair their car to come down and see Craig. 10/10 guys thank you so so much.

It's in the details. My car was in for repairs after animal damage. The amount of damage should've taken longer to finish but didn't. I wanted the car back quickly ( as we all do ), but I also wanted everything done perfectly. Craig was outstanding at the service he and his team provided. I had a special request, and he delivered without a fuss. He worked the best he could with me and exceeded my expectations. I can tell by the quality of work that these guys are passionate about cars. The car was even completely cleaned inside and out. The car felt like it just came out of the dealership. Craig and the team went above and beyond with customer service and the repair of the car.They delivered on all aspects from timing of repair being completed, panel alignment and colour matching. The office team were friendly and kept me up to date with the progress of the car.If you want your car repaired professionally, I fully recommended Craig and the team to do the job.
