Had to travel Bruce Highway.decided to get drink and food in case of hold-ups. At wild bean south bound burpengaryNEVER AGAIN.could not see screw top bottle of cold coffeeBought soft drinksSANDWICH.extremely difficult to see what choices there were.Grabbed the closest.6 doughnuts was difficult.only 4 to a box . Another 2 would have fitted in but apparently against the rules...Service was pleasant.Doughnuts were fineSANDWICHES WERE ABSOLUTELY AWFULchicken?????? Where????Mayonnaise???? Honest???Made in Australia of ? 85% Australian ingredients??? Why not 100%???And where in Australia was it made?Dill??? Didn't taste any.NO BUTTERNO TASTE even though looking through the ingredients the sandwich should have been Bursting with flavourDifficult to open the package.Date of expiry was today's date.I am wondering how long ago the sandwich was madeI am also hoping the miniscule bit of lettuce on the old side won't upset our stomachs.. realised too.late we should have removed it.PLUS THE COST COMPARES WITH THE VERY FRESHLY MADE CHICKEN, AVOCADO, MAYONNAISE SANDWIVH PURCHASED FROM A ROADSIDE COFFEE VANNEVER WILD BEANNING AGAIN

Damien at wild bean cafe southbound is exactly who you need after a long drive and a dire need of coffee. His enthusiasm and great service made my day, Thankyou! Oat flat white was tasty too.

Worst ever barista in history this guy was epic slow he had about 14 people waiting an got all the orders in the wrong order we went up after seeing others who ordered way after us get there orders an we asked what was going on to the guy an he said to us I got confused oh whatever also he took about 4-5 mins to make each Coffie while checking his mobile phone . Sorry but in a really busy place he does not belong . Would have been faster an better going to maccas .

The only thing wild about Wild Bean is the consistency...Their inability to create cappuccinos leaves a lot to be desired.A good cap by any standards has like 20mm of foam on top, some would say a 3rd of the cup, even by their standards which I rang to ask about they say up to 30mm.I get a coffee here a few times a week mainly for the convenience, but hardly ever get a decent cap. When I ask for extra froth I'll maybe get 15mm on top, maybe, and itll be automatically extra hot too because they left the frothing too late in the steaming process it seams. If I don't ask for extra froth I get a latte with chocolate sprinkled ceremoniously on top. Like the barista" has the beans to serve that as satisfactory

Service is great, the team are quick and polite. This review does not reflect their professionalism.However, the coffee itself tastes awful. Machine might need a clean. It might be the beans used by the franchise. The coffee tastes watery and the milk doesn't taste right.Apologies for the 2 star review. Purely based on the taste of the coffee. I really appreciate the staff being so prompt, and hope this doesn't deter them from continuing great service.

Stopped for a coffee at the cafe BP northbound this afternoon about 4pm and there were 2 young men there serving and making the coffee. Both were extremely pleasant, well mannered, happy and smiling. They looked like they absolutely loved their job and their customers. It was lovely to see two such happy employees. Well done!!

Two coffees, one veggie pastie. Pastie was hot, fresh and delicious. So were the coffees. This place is great. I remember seeing it a few years ago and the food looked 'meh', but they've really stepped up their game. We had the cheese and spinach rolls at another Wild Bean the day before and they were great, too.
