Worst customer service I've ever received from any business. Do yourselves a favor and sack the rude, vindictive female that answers the phone. I've made sure my complaints with details have made their way to the organization that sent the goods & Startrack & Australia Post.

Worst Customer experience ever. I would exactly use the same words as 'Lulu Pariah'. Never had a customer experience on phone like this in my entire life.Woman on phone was very rude, vindictive, angry & arrogant. She made condescending attacks and false assumptions on me, without giving me a chance to speak and hung up the phone. Oh MY God!! This is too bad for business and the local community.I have also sent my complaint to star track and Australia post.

I cannot recommend Eight Mates Freight highly enough. During the busy Christmas period, I received exceptional customer service from Judy who was very understanding about my situation and redirecting/cancelling my order with short notice. The shipping fees were extremely affordable, much more than any other company like Toll or AusPost, being only $30 for a large item to travel 4 hours. Very impressed by the service and value despite the busy and challenging circumstances. Thank you! I recommend 8 M8S FR8 8 out of 8 M8 :P

Shout out to the company of 8 mates freight. Excellent costumer service, quick response time and super quick delivery. Windows came wrapped up in blankets, well taken care off. Would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Very poor service from no mates Freight we were promised delivery of goods on a Thursday to be delivered on Friday. Nothing I left messages with no mates Freight but nobody called me back.i rang no mates Freight on following Monday I was told by woman she would pick-up package am and deliver to me Tuesday but when I enquired if she had picked up the package for my delivery the woman said no.so I cancelled with no mates Freight and the woman told me to f&&& off c&&&.the problem now I will tell 10 people then they will tell 10 more people then no mates Freight will disappear.
