Tania and Co at Fall Real Estate have managed my rental property for a number of years now. Tried to rent out a property in the absolute worst state that I've ever seen.Place wasn't clean, had a significant mould issue in the bathroom, and smelled throughout like it had been smoked in.Detected significant moisture readings in the walls surrounding the bathroom, even the adjoining bedroom. Indicating severe moisture damage... moisture readings in excess of 15% indicate the need for further inspection. Levels between 25-30% indicate that there may be water ingress
