Contact centre is not user friendly. Had issues with phone ringing out. Consultant could use a big dose of customer service training coming across as surly and arrogant. Gave the impression could not care less if I dealt with them or not.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Zero help or effort made by their staff to address queries. Always seems to be a hassle for them to do anything. Simply rude and unhelpful.

Never got their names, but a lady that was working in the back came out to help us and the in store rep there, were both super helpful and very friendly. Really appreciate what they did and the time they gave us to explain everything thoroughly.
