12 years of driving, never have I once seen a bowser as dirty as theirs. The nozzle handle had sticky glue and ripped trigger is prickly that I had to go get my gloves to use it. Need proper maintenance.

Seems like the just open whenever they want, on here it says there open, made a quick trip to fill up my car, place is still closed. Change your hours to, whatever am to whatever pm instead of 5am to 10pm, than maybe I wouldn’t have to write a review at 6:25am on a Saturday morning. Useless

Wish could give 0 star I ordered once a vegan pie face and it was already bad then another time this guy must be just lazy because I told him to check if the pie face is still good because of the last time I bought and then after few minutes of waiting he just suddenly told me that their oven wasn’t working!!!

I'm a local guy from point cook,This fuel station is very reliable, fantastic customer service by smiley. cheerful and helpful. friendly customer service from staff. Fuel price is higher these days normally this used to be the lowest price comparatively with others.hopefully,will be the cheapest again.overall its a good experience.

I’m confused. Why people have been smoking in petrol station. They were hiding cigarettes after they saw cameras on the wall. Even people told them to stop smoking there. But they were continued smoke. How awful!!!

CONTAMINATED FUEL! *****I started putting United petrol in my car when I moved to point cook. I soon learnt that was the biggest mistake! My petrol gauge started playing up straight after. When I'd fill up it would appear half empty. I had to drain out the fuel completely and when I filled it back up with BP it corrected itself again. My car has had problems mechanically ever since.The place needs to be reviewed and shut down!

Brilliant customer service, lower shop and petrol prices. Pumps are a bit slow but attendants are very helpful which more than makes up for this. Also always have great promo specials in shop and have recently lowered prices even further.
