Furious with getting second hand parts worth about $15 and had to pay $65, after I complained I was told I should have made a simple phone call and it would have been cleared up!! I think I know who should have made a phone call earlier?? just sayin? BUYER BEWARE

Worst experience with a retailer ever. Alex, the owner of the company, incorrectly addressed a buggy I purchased from him and because the delivery driver couldn’t find the address he returned it to Kingcaddy. Alex messaged me, and when I pointed out the correct address, he wouldn’t resend the buggy. He didn’t tell me he wouldn’t resend it, just refunded the money through eBay. When I called him he said buy a buggy from someone else. I hope everyone else does too if that’s how this guy wants to treat someone who is trying to support Australian business. His advertising is all about having great after sales service. What a joke and what a total lot of bull. Geoff Robson.

Love my King Caddy Buggy! I’ve got the latest one with the 36 hole lithium battery. I am a Pro Golfer and play on the Legends Aussie Tour. What a great buggy - it looks good and performs well and well priced. I like the spring suspension and simplicity of operation with solid performance!No need to look further!Cheers Fadds

Purchased one of these kingcaddy buddies around October last year.ProsThe suspension works wellLightEasy to fold upConsService and communication very poor. The only part of the service that went well was the payment process.Delivery was slow affected by COVID apparentlyThe battery has since failed and despite a lot of promises and waiting over a month I have had to purchase a new one myselfI am continually having to reposition my bag as it slips around and unbalances the cart. I am going to make some modifications.The add ons such as card holder and seat could be called not fit for purposeThe frame appears to flex more as it gets more use making the cart a bit unstableWould not buy another one.
