Lol it's a joke. Buy biltong and they give it to you frozen. When you call them and let them know, they ask what do you want me to do about it. No idea about customer service. There is another shop in Ashmore better quality and better service. And at least there products isn't out of date.

Been going here for 10 years. Great place, with excellent biltong. Many South African essentials. Don't be put off by the weird industrial surroundings.

Service is non existent. Been there a fair few times of late hoping that one day it will be better, however sad to say it gets worse. You stand there waiting on assistance for ages. Decided to leave after a while as no one seems willing to help. Sorry to say but they will not see me again. The shop in Ashmore has better quality biltong and droewors not to mention 5 star service.
