Horrible Service.I booked a green waste skip for a specific date. The booking was confirmed instantly and I went about planning the details of the green waste removal for said date.On the expected arrival date, the morning passed. I patiently waited, no arrival and no contact. At around 3:00pm concerns around the actual delivery began so I followed up by ringing the provided vendor number. No response. I called Skip Bin Finder number. No response. I emailed both vendor and Skip Bin Finder contacts. No response. I re-tried calling both numbers until the close of business hours. Still no response.The following day began, still no skip, still no response from either the vendor or Skip Bin Finder. I eventually received a call from the vendor, apologising and stating the skip would arrive on a random and really inconvenient weekday and the only compromise he could make was to leave it blocking my driveway until a suitable time for me to action my part.I later managed to contact Skip Bin Finder, who rather than apologising, became frustrated at me for not instantly knowing a suitable pickup date for a time-slot that was in no way suitable for me and irritated at the fact I was upset about the service not being supplied as promised and the horrible lack of communication during the process.Save yourself the hassle, look elsewhere.
