Prices are normal for blackwater. There was a problem with incorrect price for an item discovered too late.

She has gone over and above for me on many occasions. She is friendly and polite and has very good people skills and communication skills. She has always followed-up and called me back to report on stock items requested and other queries in a timely manner. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Anika.It is a real delight to encounter workers like Anika who have such a high customer service ethic as it is a rare thing these days.
