Well presented and attractive cakes on display but bad service.I’ve had the worst experience ever today. For the very first time I’ve placed a birthday cake order on behalf of a friend for a surprise party.While placing the order , the salesgirl didn’t ask if I would like something to be written on the cake and this completely skipped my mind.Well I thought it was an easy process. I’ve called them early this morning at 07.45am to ask if they can write happy birthday on the cake? The girl answered no they can’t but they do have a chocolate plaque cake topper that can help. I said okay, sounds good.I went to collect the cake today and apparently there was a fire incident in the open car park. People were still in the building and shopping as usual. So this did not impact any business running today.There were 3 staffs on shift and 3 other staffs coming to take other the shift. They were all busy gossiping. Okay, that’s fine to catch up. I saw one of the girls serving another customer. I smiled at her and she looked at me without any greeting etc. Okay, that’s fine again, may be she had a bad day. Then came my turn, I told her that i’m here to pick up my cake. Before she starts packing the cake, I asked her if I could get one of those birthday plaque? She replied, yes but you’ll have to go and pay at the counter. I said okay, it won’t be too long.To my surprise, they have closed the counter. I went back to her and told her that the counter is closed. She replied by ‘yes, because of the fire. We’ve been told not to serve or take any payments’.That is absolutely ridiculous. All the girls were in a corner gossiping and looking at people instead of working.I understand there is fire but 1) no one was asked to evacuate the building meaning it is still safe and business as usual 2) I’m requesting to order a plaque to take away with me and not sit and have it there.There is something call logic and common sense. It’s been a stressful moment to run across the building and try to find a cake topper.Well thank you for your service. I’m not coming back nor recommending any friends to your shop where there is no professionalism.

I love this place for its danishes and coffee but seriously the customer service sucksss big time. Especially these last couple of times. I work in the centre so when I’m coming in or leaving I pick up take away. There’s three people working doing nothing but my coffee isn’t being made? Why? They tell me to wait on the side and just stand around staring at me? I had to be like Hello still waiting, for them to get moving and I waited a while before I spoke thinking since they did make eye contact that they would get moving on their own m,but no!

Went today, Mother’s Day, with hubby. I was craving for a round cake. As usual, display has few left ( understandable, as they are yummy and worth the price to me). some cakes are new to me , unfortunately, no name and description of what they are. It could have helped if they made sure there are descriptions of them instead of queueing on a very busy time and wasting the time of cashier asking what they are made up of and unsure of buying one or not ( for sure, if i did this , i would be holding up the long queue and make everyone annoyed )I hovered around, along the display, for few minutes, no crew attempted to offer help. There was one crew facing the display area while doing paperwork. It took me few mins whether to approach her or not, then i tried but She politely declined.I totally understand the worker shortage and the busyness of running a popular coffee/ pastry business. But, On that busy time and special day, customer service is utmost important- i guess, this is what it is lacking. Management needs to reteach prioritising and multitasking.I was rooting to buy myself a cake for my special day, but to no avail, and it hurts.Hubby doesn't get upset easily, but muttered, “ let’s go, asking is hard here”.

Absolutely attracious experience - if I could give less than 1 star I would - extremely rude staff including manager and very slow service! After waiting close to 25 minutes and still not recieving 2 croissants and 3 drinks went to query how much longer it would be. There was no apology just told that I am the only one making coffee so you'll have to just wait or you could get a refund". Was also told that she prioritised takeaway rather than patrons dining in. It takes little effort to tell patrons when they are ordering that they could be in for a long wait and then the patron can decide if they want to or are able to wait that amount of time.When they finally offered us takeaway we then waited until the girl made drinks for 3 other takeaway customers. It didn't get better - one drink was wrong and there was a hair in with the croissant! We then asked for a refund.Manager was very rude - no apology at all and when we said she hadn't given us the correct refund she said "well the machine works it out." No admission or interest in looking to see if she had incorrectly entered anything into the machine! Turned out she was wrong and then proceeded to try to fix her error to get it wrong again. I asked her how much each item cost and she said "you can look yourself on the board

3.1.2023Been coming here for years and today I visit at 11.45am after a Sushi lunch. Service is fast and staff are friendly and polite.My Large 2-shot Cafe Latte ($5.60) has a third shot ($.60) but it looks weak and tastes like a 1-shot Cafe Latte. Disappointing bland coffee bean and I suggest management send the Barista for retraining.

It has a great position in the mall. Near the end of one of the level 2 passages in front of Myer. Good menu served by friendly waitresses in a reasonable time. Prices are not to bad and the pastries are to die for.

I always love the pastries here.. they are one of a kind.. other savoury optiona are good enough to try and binge.. should visit if you in search of a good coffee..staff is friendly but slow..

Excellent: generous pot of tea (English Breakfast) complimented by a superb ham, tomato & lettuce roll - the bread roll was the best - all fresh, clean, welcoming, and stylishly presented; a credit to the staff.

Their cakes are awesome and so is their coffee. Had cappuccino… much better than any other coffee place. Their coffee art is treat to eyes and taste is treat to buds.

Wow, wow, wow. What and awesome selection of pastries, way to many for just one visit in fact. The presentation is absolutely amazing bordering on artwork. The taste definitely matched the look of these yummy treats. Such delicate texture and flavors. Service was also fantastic and lovely to see a French lady behind the counter. I will return to sample more of these devine goodies
