I called Pinpoint Plumbing on a Sunday evening to help my family after a hose burst in our kids bathroom. I was very pleased with the service I was given when I called, the advance call on approach the next morning by Chris, and the follow up repairs and installation work by Luke and his crew. We asked one of their plumbers to come to my home, and asked him to replace the bath tap set. He said that replacement job would cost $525 dollars!!! That's insane!!! Later we contacted another plumber (who is not a worker of Pinpoint) and asked what's the price for this replacement job, this one said it would cost $100-200 dollars. Such a huge difference!!! The first one thought we were idiots so that they can charge us whatever they want!!!

My gas hot water heater was overheating and blew out the pipe under the kitchen sink flooding my kitchen. So they replaced and installed a new gas hot water unit, pipes and taps. Luke was amazing, he was so kind and professional! I highly recommend this company as professionals who deliver an excellent service.

I'm very happy with the service of Pinpoint Plumbing. After a hot water unit failed on New Years Eve, they were able to visit the site 90 minutes after the first phone call, and had replaced the hot water unit within 3 hours. The job was professional and clean, and the person installing it was a pleasure to talk to.
