Carina Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels do an absolutely fantastic job caring for people with a variety of care needs. Miles is the awesome MOW Coordinator for Carina who runs this great service. This service could not run without the help and support of their long serving community volunteers. If you can spare a few hours, once a week or once a month, they are always in need of volunteers. Supporting the sick, frail and elderly neighbours in our local community is a wonderful thing to do.
