I studied my Diploma of Beauty at the Beauty Therapist College of Australiahis. I am a mature aged student and have Trainers and Assessors qualifications. The trainers, Tamara and Chantelle are professional, personable, knowledgeable, approachable and have a true talent for imparting knowledge and conducting practical demonstrations. I can not recommend this college or trainers highly enough. Annemarie takes care of the administration duties and is also very knowledgeable, professional and personable. She is a real trooper when you need a model for practice or assessment.

Had to wait for a price update for a course i had applied for. already had RPL due to past courses. had waited until the day of the course and still nothing. left waiting and had been stuffed around. I wound not recommend this school as they waste your time

No continuity of practise. Lacking a friendly welcome. Manicure didnt even last 24 hrs. 3 facials now, each one different.

I studied my diploma at the BTCA & have always been employed in the beauty & spa industry since graduating. My diploma & training was of the highest standard & the support I received during my diploma was incredible both personally & professionally. I would recommend the BTCA to anyone looking to start their career in beauty therapy!

I had a great experience gaining my Diploma Of Beauty Therapy with BTCA, not only were they understanding of students home life and loads they also supported us to be our best, especially during the times of Covid lockdowns.I highly recommend.

I own a beauty business, employing beauticians and massage therapists. We are always looking for therapists that can provide a 5 start treatment. The Beauty Therapy College of Australia has NEVER let me down when I have employed one of their students! I had the opportunity of doing my diploma at this college. Not only did I find them more professional than others in the area, not just academically but also for the emotional and mental well-being for its staff and students. Management really listens to all concerns and acts on them in the best interests of the students.

As the parent of a recently graduated student I am appalled at the quality of the education provided by this College.The belittling, bullying and childish judgement that goes on in this college from some of the staff towards students gives a typical high school a run for its money.In my opinion the education provided is sub standard and out dated at best.One teacher in particular is of such poor standard that MANY of her students require a re-sit of her tests due to a high failure rate and then they invoice you for this re-Assessment! Maybe they should take that fee and use it to re train their staff . I do not recommend this College for education purposes at all. Unfortunately the exorbitant cost of the Diploma course is not inline with the quality of education provided at all.
