Keypad locked up had to drive off then back on a few times. $30 for Gross weigh. May as well take a load to the dump and use there weigh bridge...

We came here to weigh our car and caravan but since it has become automated, it doesn't seem to have an option for doing the 3 different weights required. We tried calling the mobile help number but it has been disconnected. Apart from that it worked OK after a couple of hiccups. We were only able to weigh the two vehicles together. May have been able to do the other weights but would have had to pay $35 two or three times.

Total waste of time, machine broken. Price not listed, a scribble of 35 in texta on the plastic is apparently the price ($35). Even after rebooting still couldn't get it to work. It seems others had an even worse experience where the machine broke after they paid, and they couldn't get a refund.

Went here to weigh up our camper and car on a public holiday, the owner turned up to help us which we thought was really nice! Lovely owner. Wish there was more 24/7 weigh stations closer to Brisbane!

Great service with intuitive interface and clear instructions at the weighbridge window. It was unmanned so no opportunity to ask for instructions or talk to anyone. It would be helpful to have instructions on a sign at the entrance to the weighbridge as it took me a few minutes to realise that the red traffic light was purely advisory" and I needed to drive right up to the end. Instructions not easy to follow but, we persisted. After several attempts (after the keypad kept locking up), finally thought we had a result. Paid $35 Eftpos and got a blank sheet of paper. Tried their mobile phone number three times (no answer) and left two messages. No response after 24 hours. Also tried to email them...no response to the email either.Result. A wasted trip to Yandina, $35 spent with no result and a very bad experience. Do not waste your money here.We ended up going to Public Weighbridge in Forest Glen and got brilliant service.

Got to the weighbridge, drove on and the keypad said ‘waiting for vehicle’ drive around again, same message.Called twice, no answer.Don’t waste your time and effort coming here

Keypad wouldn’t work. Drove on the weighbridge twice just in case. Phone number went straight to voicemail. Waste of time - I’d advise you to find the other one

Towed our caravan all the way there to get it weighed. On arriving we find a red light, nothing working and mobile number disconnected. Rang the number on google and said leave a message. What a waste of time!
