Went in at 10am doors were still locked when they are meant to open at 9:30 blonde front desk lady was very rude no sense of professionalism when talking to customers at all.

My dog was missing 6 days before they notified me that they had her even though I called multiple times... Took me hours to get through to there phones as it's from the council who put U through... When I picked my dog up they didn't tell me where they found her and when I got home she was infested with fleas . My dog has had fleas three times now in her life .. and it's taken me all week to try kill them and I'm still flea powdering her and flea shampooing her every second day .. I'm not very happy with their services.

Amazing bunch of ladies.People don't appreciate just how much these people do.Don't assume that rangers are bad people.They are doing what's required for your best friends when they aren't safe at home

It's like pulling teeth to get information from these people.They also barely list animals on their site. There's only two at this moment! How is that even possible? At least list the animals in the facility for someone to either find their pet or adopt.This is appalling
