There's a reason this store has so many bad reviews. Went in for a basic remote control car for my son. Sloppy owner who tried to sell me a car for $70. I noticed the price sticker was on the bottom. I was interested until my husband came over and said they sell the exact same one at Target for half the price. I was skeptical but we went to Target Kotara and yep, the exact same model for $35!! On the bottom where the price sticker had been at the model store it said supplier to Target". They deliberately covered up Target so shoppers wouldn't see they are literally charging double!! SNEAKY!Not to mention the store is rundown and website not operational. Not sure how they are still in business."

The pattern of feedback is true for this one. Customer experience is not on the radar for this business. Despondent representative that was overtly frustrated that our arrival interrupted his obvious personal phone call. Was only interested in our budget and besmirching other retailers; our needs were never important.

Worst customer service ever. Simply got told that because I didn't buy my car from there then he didn't want to sell me parts because he missed out on the money for the sale of a car. Tried to support a local business only to be told basically I wasn't welcome unless it was to buy a full car and setup. Will never go back there.

Has very limited stockUPDATE.after reading the owners reply i fully admit i was harsh in my criticism of the store.they were correct i did not take into account the covid crisis,the holiday season nor the chinese import problems at the moment.i will visit the store sometime in the future and update my review then.as for now i apologize for my ignorance at the current conditionsbusinesses are facing here in Australia.

Why do people get stuck into Ian here? It's online-only low taxed Chinese grindhouse hobby experts" with less than a decade's experience that are ruining the traditional hobby store. Borderline Triads the lot of 'em! (I lived in both Kowloon & HK Island Side for 17 years)."

Worst customer service, copped nothing but abuse and aggressive behaviour from the owner when I went back unhappy with a poor quality RC kit that was missing parts. He litterall stepped out from behind the counter and stood an inche from my face yelling abuse. Wouldn't allow refund, and when trying to do exchange, he wouldn't give a fair price on the exchange item in an attempt to extort more money out of me.

Awesome service, we purchased a remote control U4 car for my 6yr old and have had multiple breakages. The cost of parts has been excellent and the service has been prompt.We now have a Larke on order and will continue using this store.

Steer clear of this shop. RUDEST people I have ever had to deal with!! My son was given a birthday gift purchased from this shop, which he had for no longer than a week, before it was damaged. The moment they became aware that I was contacting them with an issue, they didn't want to know about me. Rude over the phone, even ruder in person!! After refusing to discuss the matter over the phone, I went in to the store, only to be completely ignored by the female staff member (finished serving the customer in front of me, turned her back on me and started stocking shelves. When she noticed me getting impatient she told me I am not serving you

Long time customer and always receive excellent service and advice. RC Cars, helicopters, ESC's, motors, batteries... I've bought it all. Had a battery fail - it was replaced without any drama. Had a motor fail and again it was replaced promptly.Highly recommended to anyone starting out as you will always receive good honest advice from someone that's been in the game for a long time and has had success on the track as well.

Ian and the team are wonderful. Have given my husband and I a great service. They have best products online compared to any other Hobby store. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a passion for Die Cast and Radio Control models. Best place on the market also very affordable. Keep it up team.
