Unreliable machines and no service.Machines will just eat your money upand if the machines don’t workthere is no way to get a refund.

Payment is not clear. The drying machines only have card facilities on 1, 2 and 3. I assumed that the card facility applied to machines 1 and 4. Put in $6.20 by card but no. 4 didn't work. Then tried using the visa machine on no. 2 - another $6.20. No. 4 still didn't work. Then a gentleman came in and told me that the bottom machines were operated by coin but I had lost $12.40 by then. lHope I get a refund.ne no to phone to ask how machines work - no service at all. Unpleasant experience!

Great choice of machines at reasonable prices. Starring from $6 for washers and $2 for driers. I recommend coming here as apposed to Helensvale

The floor was filthy and covered in small ants and the dryer was making a lot of grinding noises as it dryed

Machines seem to work ok apart from one 20kg dryer being out of order & the only other 20kg dryer is for animal stuff - meaning I had to use a 13.5kg dryer for my bedding. When I went to use a second dryer I discovered that the door latch was broken - fortunately before I put any money in it. The 13.6kg washer cost ($10) was a bit high I thought.There were no instructions on the walls at all which must be confusing for non regular laundromat users.The place was pretty grubby for having only been open for 4 hours when I got there. Quite a bit of debris on the floor (leaves etc), lots of fingerprints on the stainless machines & very dirty windows.I also noticed that the lint drawers on the 13.5kg dryer stacks were in the wrong positions. The drawers that have the arrows indicating which coin slots are for which dryer were in the bottom instead of the top where they should be. As the owner of a laundromat with Speed Queen dryer stacks I know how often customers put coins in the wrong dryer & having the lint drawers like they are would make that happen even more.Overall not a great experience & I think the owners need to invest a bit more time in maintenance & cleaning.

The mid dryer on the top just ruined all my clothes!! There’s black marks and tears all over them!! So angry right now!

One of the card payment machines comes up as out of order, the one next to it didn't say out of order but wouldn't accept card payment so should be marked as out of order to be repaired also. Floor was quite dirty, had to get some change from the shop next door as not all washing machines accept card. When I did put some $1 coins in the cash only machine it ate them, having a closer look I could see that must have been the case for someone prior so had to go back and get $2 coins instead which the $2 coin slot was working.The bottom left dryer doesn't close and the top middle dryer only accepts 12 minutes cycles.If you avoid these machines everything works as is but if it is busy and are left with these then you are in for a bad time.

GoodThey also have dedicated washer and dryer for pet beddingBeen using this service for a while regular washing of our dogs bedding

Go there every weekend atm due to washing machine at home not working, catch thing same at this place always one not working
