Quick efficient recovery of the data that I thought was lost. Niyi worked on our problem hdd immediately (and over the weekend) and kept me up to date with developments. Recovered data was posted back to me on about a week's turnaround for entire process. Very impressed.

We had an external drive that had been looked at by a couple of techsperts. They gave us the news that it was not a viable repair option. We contacted Nyi and gave it to him on a Friday. He rang on the following Saturday to let us know he had recovered most of the data. He did some excellent work and we are very happy with the result. Great customer service and obviously a great outcome.

Reboot are an amazing company to go through, they helped and understood the hard times of being a single mum whilst trying to pay of getting my data of my hard drive recovered, the data on my damaged hard drive included my sons first steps and first words. I could not give this company a better review. I highly suggest their business, they r amazing and I can’t thank them enough for everything.

I had my Hard drive died on me once, and windows 8 system crashed on the second time. There response are quick with return phone call to let you know what the out come maybe. There service side of this are quick too. Excellent service, deliver customers satisfacty standards. Gives people more understanding about there own computer of How and Why problem occurred. We took a very expensive gHP laptop to Reboot to have a noisy fan replaced. The computer was otherwise fine. After Reboot replaced the fan the computer reported hard drive damage errors and crashed repeatedly. We returned it to reboot who denied any responsibility but offered to replace the hard drive...again we paid good money. The computer came back with its panels not fitting properly and screw holes stripped so that some screws could not be fitted. Reboot said this was just part of working on laptops, sometimes that happened. We asked to have the rear panel properly fitted. It was taken into the back room and glued!!!The computer continued to crash, Reboot denied responsibility. We contacted fair trading, . Reboot flat out lied to fair trading about the hand over process after repairs" and refused to co-operate in the resolution process despite fair trading's decision. They simply would not compensate in any way despite the fact that a perfectly good laptop with a noisy fan went in and completely non functional computer with damaged fixture points and ill fitting panels came out.We offered to trade computer to reboot for a refund of the cost of repairs. Reboot would not do this

I have known Niyi for a couple of years now and I have found him to be friendly, polite and very helpful. (Nothing seems to be a problem) I have had quite a few repairs done by him to some of my computers. I first took My Toshiba laptop to him when it had a virus and the screen kept locking up, it was completely repaired and returned on the same day in better working order than the original when I bought it. I also had problems with my wife's HP desktop it was slow to start and operated slowly Windows OS was replaced and I asked him to upgrade the memory at the same time which was all done and unit returned to my very quickly. I then had problems with my Acer Travelmate which was running slow and the screen kept on freezing I got him to replace the hard drive with a SSD and it now works about three times faster than when new. My sons Gaming computer Just stopped working one day. I took it to Niyi and he called me a couple of hours later and said the Power supply had failed, He installed a new power supply from his stock replaced Windows 10 and my son had it back next morning. I have found Niyi and Reboot to be the best computer service that I have found they are efficient fast and the best priced in this region I will continue to use them and would recommend Niyi to any one.Danny Leary Redbank Plains

We have had support from Reboot Technologies over the past 6.5 years or so. Their service is exceptional along with their knowledge and experience. We have had help with various computer issues and have bought a number of computers from them. The value for money has always been a stand out. The system I recently bought came with a saving of over $2000 with comparison to another larger store (I am no computer guru but I was very happy with the price!). We are fortunate to have such a great computer support company close to home.
