Terrible customer service. Went to exchange a pair of shoes and the customer service agent told me to go fetch a pair from down the back and line up again. Would rather process a refund than lift a finger and move their legs for a customer. Don’t bother. No wonder online shopping has replaced the need for bricks and mortar store fronts. Would be zero stars if it was possible.

I accidentally left (at the Rebel Store Canberra Centre) the shoes I bought from myer this afternoon . I called the Store around 8pm as soon as I’ve realised and amazingly they have kept my stuffs. Thank you so much for the honesty. The staff are very accommodating as well.

Sadly given the run around from both ASICS and Rebel.. neither were interested in taking responsibility for poorly designed joggers that were expensively priced and poorly made…Can’t ever go back or recommend either in good conscience….Very very poor after sales responsibility
