Phil & his team at Serenity Pools recently completed the construction of our concrete pool & we could not be happier with the build process as well as the quality of materials & equipment used.The process of plans & permits to liaising with our landscaper was smooth & transparent, along with addressing any concerns or restrictions that my wife & I had.I have to admit that the final product is better then we had originally planned. I highly recommend using Serenity Pools as a high end pool builder & with great service & amazing project managing skills.

I recently contacted Serenity Pools to arrange service/repair of our solar heating pump. I was unsure of the process in booking in a service call as we have not had any issues with our pool and it is 4 years old!! It is so easy to clean and maintain. We couldn't be happier with our Serenity Pool, thanks to Phil and the team. We look forward to some sunshine and a fun summer

We have been waiting for 10 months to get paid for our work which we completed last December. They continue to ignore our requests for payment. Be careful dealing with this company.
