Telstra Singleton

Incompetent and slow staff. Long queues a result. Zero customer service. Ripping off elderly customers who may not understand their requirements. Staff take advantage of them. No conflict resolution skills. Shop somewhere else if you can.

Pathetic. Extremely slow service and understaffed. I waited just over an hour to get a replacement simcard which took under five minutes. . From what I observed the staff were deliberately taking their time and working very slowly. There was at least another two staff members inside another room doing god knows what. Eventually after six nine customers and myself waited half an hour one of the counter staff decided to let another staff member know there are people waiting. Another 20 minutes later one staff member came out of the room , screwed around for a further twenty minutes before acknowledging us customers and helping me get a replacement simcard. Obviously telstra shop staff couldn't care less about their customers and more about bludging away as much time as they can on their hourly wage.

Were extremely helpful and friendly...nothing was too much trouble!

I have found these guys really really helpful. Dealings with Telstra I have found over the years to be entirely based on the person you happen to get. The company as a whole to deal with is a basket case. BUT! the people at the Singleton store have been really helpful, and knowledgeable and have done their utmost to help sort the problems the Telstra system produces.

Have visited this store 8 times with the exact same problem. Was told numerous different things to rectify the issue, none of which worked, seemed as though it was never their problem. However on my 8th visit I encountered a staff member named Scott who was incredible. Completely fixed the issue, I urge this store to appreciate this staff member as it appears from my experience to be the only truthful, helpful person there. Anyone requiring help, you should ask for Scott!

I went in today to get a new phone .Jesse looked after me she was great ,helpful she made it easy great customer serviceHighly recommended

Told I could not enter their store on a sunday due to the virus. Referred to as she" by the useless male shop assistant - only to see other customers one at a time in the store every day. Worst telstra shop. Never come across a more rude telstra shop assistant."

Opening hours posted say Thursdays open till 6:30pm... you were closed by 5pm, here's hoping you are open tomorrow between your designated hours... I had driven from Maitland because of your stated hours. Oh well...

Staff were helpful, spent time setting up new sim cards ( phone and Ipad) when I transported my number.Disappointed that I was not told I needed to re set up my message bank.I could and still can not get onto Foxtel Go.Also I left behind my purchases of screen cleaning liquid and a cleaning cloth) .Although store had all my details never got a call back about them.I left the store ready to give a 5 plus star, however due to the above it's down to a disapointing 3 stars due to lack of followup.
