They deserve a no star. They pulled the electrical cable off my brand new building damaging the electrical setup and pulling off part of my front cladding. Then put the live cable on the pavement and simply left for me to sort out everything. No electricity for two days. No care and no help from them. Instead I was told they are not liable for this action. Even their changed story does not exempt them for this double negligence (causing the damage and then completely ignoring it). I shall do my outmost best to expose them to all relevant authorities and let my solicitor to deal with them.

One of the drivers of their trucks verbally harassed my partner and continued to do so as she clearly expressed how uncomfortable it made her. Those pink trucks are hard to mistake, this happened at 830 am September 12 near Preston markets. Your staff need to get with the times.
