Had a wedding the next day and needed some pants altered. Extremely fast turn around of only four hours from when I dropped them in. Great service, would highly recommend.

Did a pretty poor job of mending some holes in two pairs of shorts. Didn't even bother to try to colour match a patch in one of them. Now left with a brown patch down the rear centre of a green pair of shorts. Their excuses was that the $20+ cost per item of the repair job didn't cover matching the material. Poor workmanship and poor customer service. Both shorts are unwearable in public.

Fantastic skills and lovely to deal with - I had an “emergency “ dress alteration and hem requirement and after a referal I went to the team to see if they could help. Raylene spent time working out the best way to get it sorted and went over and above in helping me out- the results and work was fantastic and the customer service was brilliant- am very grateful and highly recommend to anyone looking for highly skilled alterations- thank you

So happy with my recent dress repair. Fiona was really responsive, prompt with same day service and flexible. She took the time to talk to me and answer questions over the phone about the repair as I couldn’t come in. She even let me send photos of the dress first and then gave me honest feedback about what type of repair I’d need. I was limited for time so she was flexible with solutions to make it work. The repair itself was excellent too. Will definitely come back.
