Rudest customer service I’ve ever received. Didn’t give us any updates. Kept the car for months. Owner abused me over the phone several times just for enquiring when my car would be available. Can’t believe this business is still operating. No one deserves to be spoke to the way I was. Ian rose you should be ashamed of yourself.

My car broke down just down the road from Ian Rose Automotive so i decided to give these guys a try. I was greeted by a team of professionals who went out of there way to help push my car into 1 of there 2 workshops and using the state of the art Snap On diagnostics Tool they were able to drill down and find the problem with my engine. I they kindly offered me a courtesy car so i could continue with my day. 36 hrs later i was pick up my car. she ran as good as new. Expecting a rather large bill when it come to all those extras i was truly amazed when the bill was only a few hundred dollars. Thanks Guys. Only a small shop, but all the guys here are friendly and very helpful and above all, honest.Highly recommend booking as they are quite busy, probably due to how good they are.

These guys are very greedy, borderline rip offs. Was with them for a while and had some questionable extras recommended after routine services, but trusted them. Until the nail in the coffin which was there's barely anything left on all your brakes

Hi there! My experience with these guys has been good. I take my truck to these guys and they looked after my truck very well. They were friendly and funny but most importantly, I was not without my truck for long. I'll call you guys soon, for my other truck!
