Just received my Marlene bag just 3 days after placing order. Absolutely gorgeous bag so classy and roomy options to wear as three different handles. I think I have developed a slight obsession over the years! I now have 7 different bags and 3 extra straps!! These beauties are great to mix and match with my corporate work outfits and I wear the studded one to add some flare to my LBD for date night! You just can't beat an awesome bag. If you know, you know ladies!!

EDIT- The response to my review is just SO incorrect and dishonest it's hilariously insulting. The attached photo is the exact photo sent when I initially made contact.So disappointing and so unprofessional. I received a faulty bag which turned into a 6 day messaging ordeal over return postage. My experience of the way this was handled meant that by the time I was told return postage would actually be covered (day 6) I did not trust I would get a refund or replacement if I did send it back as they appear to believe consumer law doesn't apply to them. I'm left with a pricey bag in 2 pieces that can't close or fasten. I'm exhausted by the situation which played out entirely out of business hours and over a weekend.

Thank you for my beautiful bag. Amazing product, Excellent quality, workmanship and the attention to details is amazing. I don't usually buy online coz I like to feel and touch the product before buying but I'm very happy with my new bag, it feels so soft and luxurious.
