I had a flat tyre. Went to TNK at 9.30am. Within five -ten minutes, Kumho the person in the TNK checked the tyre. Identified the issue. Fixed it. He did fit back the original tyre. Awesome service. Great to talk and very fast. Kudos to him.

The TNK brothers are fantastic! They came very highly recommended on the Lexus forums in Sydney and now I understand why! They were extremely knowledgeable and thorough on my car - they showed me the condition on all the parts they were proposing to fix/replace and asked my consent before replacing/repairing anything.I recently moved to Australia from North America and purchased a pre-owned IS250. I have dealt with many mechanics globally in the past and I'm really particular with my mechanics - these guys are one of the best I have ever dealt with!They completed a major service including replacing the brakes - I can feel the difference in how the car drives, it feels like new! I trust their workmanship, they use good quality parts, and most importantly are honest and reasonably priced. Don't waste your time in looking for other Lexus technicians, these guys are fantastic and know Lexus' inside-out! I highly recommend anyone with a Lexus in the greater Sydney area to try them out, you won't be disappointed!

I can't recommend these guys highly enough there honest, hard-working and trustworthy ( a few words I never thought I'd use to describe a mechanic - till I met these guys) absolutely stoked with the work they have done to my Hilux and the service I have received is outstanding. They are very knowledgeable and took videos to explain what was going on with my car so I could better understand the issues that needed to be fixed. My car was a completely different car when I drove out of their workshop and the price was fair for the work that was done. Super happy I found TNK as they came highly recommended and I can definitely see why. Easily 5 out of 5 ⭐

I could not recommend TNK Automotive any higher! I just had my Lexus IS350F serviced and the guy's did a fantastic job. I dropped my car off at 8am and by 11am I had received a call where the guys explained everything they found and needed to fix and how much each job/fix/task would cost. This is hands down the best mechanic service I have ever received, being kept in the know about what is exactly happening and how much respect and care my vehicle was treated with is unbeatable. I cannot recommend any higher, legends!!!

Great customer service, very open and transparent. Took pics and videos and explained how my clutch was damaged before replacing it in a very timely fashion.

Highly recommend TNK Automotive. Ahmad was so efficient and squeezed us in last minute to repair our tyre on our Aldi Q7. He did a great job and will be taking all our vehicles to him from now on.

Will give you a very fair and honest opinion. Cody (if i have his name right) is a top bloke!I got one of the tires replaced. Went in yesterday arvo, got a call early morning today to organise a time. In only a few hours the same tire type was arranged and fixed! Fair price. Saved me from having to replace all. Cody did a check on other tires and provided me with an honest condition report. Others (having experienced a couple before) tried to influence me changing all 4 tires. All guys at the workshop greet you with a smile and check up if you are being looked after. Legends! Keep up the great work. Faith in humanity restored.
