FIRSTLY the reception desk was truly great,welcoming, polite & overall well presented. The physiotherapist was extremely helpful & went out of her way to accommodate. Highly recommend this Practice.

I could hardly walk when I entered the place. I needed my walking stick. After treatment I am walking without my stick but still very cautiously as I am still a bit sore. I found the staff to be very caring. I would recommend this company to all who needs any kind of treatment. Thank you to all who helped me today.

I was on the waiting list and received a call to bring my appointment forward. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Leigh-Anne was the physiotherapist i saw and she was very informative and thorough. My injury was explained to me clearly. She was very understanding to my needs (for a quick recovery). Exercises given and a follow up appointment made.Excellent, comfortable service.

Was sent a promotional offer and after accepting and paying discovered it was a scheme to have you commit to multiple additional services. The offer paid for is not what was provided and when raising this management declined to refund. After being a customer of this business for many years I will not return. Do not trust this business to honour it's offers. A discredit to Don Kirk's honourable business manner of many years.

Absolutely amazing staff, super friendly. The whole experience was great. Jasmine (the therapist, hope I spelt it right) was so helpful and sensitive to my condition. The ladies on reception were so helpful and mindful of my struggles. I really wish there was a sixth star to give these wonderful people. I would more than highly recommend this practice for any physio requirements.

I was taken care of in much detail. It’s only been a couple hours since my visit and I feel MUCH Better. I was able to take a nap without pain in my neck and shoulders.
