Coastal Turf were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient from order to collection. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to refresh their backyard or get a new lawn. Their turf was perfect and our backyard looks great again - Thanks Sarah and all of the Coast Turf team.

We used Coastal Turf when we built our new house we found everyone we dealt with were so professional andknowledgeable. They knew exactly what type of turf would suit our family the best. Communication on how to best look after our lawn was easy and clear. This company is a great family business which go above and beyond to help, will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

Great customer service from start to finish.Turf delivered on time. Quality of the turf was great. What sets it apart is the after sales service. I had a few minor concerns about my turf not growing as expected but I sent a simple email query to them and received an amazingly detailed response the following day which quickly put me at ease and fixed everything. Don’t waste your money with this company. Was advised to go for coastal turf as the best type for my children to play on and sunny open back yard, thinking I’d ordered a real nice grass type, only to receive it with lawn grub and totally dead soon after. Mixture of weeds coming through and different grass types also. We weren’t happy with this and wanted a premium grass and got told a number of excuses through email, including that it’s a mixture of grasses. This was no where stated on their website.Who would pay a premium for a mixture of grasses?This was a house renovation with landscaping involved, and we made a big mistake choosing this company. Lost money in replacing it though another company as they just did not care.

Fantastic service! I cannot fault this company. My turf was delivered in good condition at the time promised. An efficient and friendly team with great after sales service. This company deserves every success.

I rang to get a quote, they explained what sort of grass I would actually need and what would work best for my home. Sarah made the process easy, delivery was on time and now I have a lovely lawn. Highly recommend.

I could not speak highly enough about Coastal Turf. After my initial order, I changed my requirements on Sunday, a couple of days before delivery and they responded immediately and got the extra turf without any hassles. The delivery guy was terrific and really helpful and the ultimate test was the lawn....it is sensational. Every time I had contact with anyone from, Coastal Turf it was friendly, helpful and a pleasure and the turf has lifted our garden enormously.

Sarah from Coastal Turf was very informative in helping us select turf for our home. We came across a hurdle during the supply process and it was rectified immediately without hassle. The real bonus was that they use a truck with bobcat to deliver the turf. This saved us a heap of work in moving the turf from the street to the top of our property. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.

The lady I dealt with was efficient and easy to to chat with. Online payment was easy and delivery arrived right on time. The delivery guy was very helpful placing the turf in the right spots which turned out to be spot on. Overall, excellent. I've just got to stop the dogs from digging for a few weeks now.
