There is this one old lady staff who is very unfriendly. I usually parked my car in front of the shop then paid for my petrol if I need to buy something inside the store so not make other car waiting for my car. This lady said don't ever do that cos we think you gonna run off and don't pay. One day someone going to call police because of it". Oh please I have been filling my petrol that way billions times and none complain like she did. Also I asked for a bathroom and then she ignored me. Never again I went to this store."

Here staff named ASIF is very rude,not friendly at all , does not fit for this job should be in Ware house job,area DM please acknowledge,Me ,franchise,owner please let this staff go or u will loose customers gradually,Zero customer service, it's a shame he is in711, I always loves 711 ,

Fruit flies near the coffee machine. I recommend apple cider vinegar on the left hand side of your machines. The woman was pretty rude also. Usually a good experience, but not this time.

Staff are very pleasant, greet yousmiling when you enter.On my last visit the gentlemanwas extremely nice. While I waspaying at the checkout, he askedme where I got the stopper I hadused in the lid of my coffee tostop it from spilling and I toldhim. Because he was so nice, Igave him a spare one that was inmy pocket.The gentleman was very happyand said he'd use it on his nextbreak for his coffee like I was.I felt so good doing somethingspecial for a person who had justbeen doing their job with a bitextra added in courtesy andattentiveness.

I will never go back there again rubbish staff my car ran out of fuel i only live 10 minutes away from the patrol station i forgot my wallet at home but i gave the staff my id card and mobile phone to hold as security so i can fill up $10 of fuel they said no and said i might steal the fuel i had to park my car at the 7 eleven and walk 20 minutes to my house and back thanks to 7 eleven staff i will never buy anything from 7 eleven again.
