Always a great place to shop and staff are always friendly and discounts always good

One particular racist staff member, shop here frequently but get asked for a bag check every single time by only this particular staff member and no one else, although people infront of me or behind will not get asked. If it is a policy all staff should be doing so and every customer with a bag should be asked not just selective. Rude staff and overall uninviting store. Do better.

Good prices but stressful when it comes time to packing as the staff quickly scan and you pack your own. I personally like the meat prices.

Obsessed with aldi! With raising cost of living it is my go to for grocery shopping now and convenient as they have amazing selection of good cheap wine also, I use to be a sceptical but the food and wine is great! The staff at the Australind Aldi are always so welcoming and friendly too

As Aldi's go, they are a great place to buy cheaper items, however the treatment of their customers is horrendous. I witnessed a staff members rudeness to a young lass who wasn't allowed to go thru a checkout as she was not 18. No alcohol in hand, but because this register was next to there hap hazard bottles shop she was not allowed to go through after already waiting in line for 20mins. She complied and moved to the other register to wait yet again another 15/20mins. I misunderstood what my sister was asking me to do & that was to get her chips, yes a packet of crisps so she could pay for them instead of her having to line up AGAIN. The young lass went thru this check out and the eftpos machine was playing up. Well the staff member quickly snatched them off her and said oh you don't have enough money. My sister and I jumped in and paid the $2.? for them as this young girl was practically in tears over the way she was treated. She was obviously getting something to eat for her break that she was on. Maybe teach your staff a little compassion and the proper way to treat customers as it is us ultimately, that pay there wages. Just a thought.

I lost a purse inside Aldi, AUSTRALIND WA; a women ( a wonderful person ) found it, handed it to ALDI personell; I've got it back. Not enough words to thank them! Without security cameras and not being scared that police would find you. Thank you all for being just good nice honest people! Thank you Aldi!
