We had the unfortunate experiences of having to seek professional advices for major non-conformance of a property built against approved developmental consent by the vendor/builder coupled with dishonest behaviours by the selling agents who intentionally withheld information regarding the non-compliance and also encouraged us to break the law. We were glad to have the help of the experts from My Development who worked with my legal counsel to provide expert professional guidance on how to navigate through this mess.
