When it first opened the food and wait times were very ordinary. It had definitely improved over the past couple of months, hot food, delivered quickly.

We were really disappointed with Hungry Jacks. Not only did they get our order wrong, the food was cold and tasted very plain.The only good thing that HJ has got going for them are their chips. Otherwise, highly recommend Gus’ coffee and other fast food chains.

Well guys very disappointing...I ordered 5 boneless crunchy chicken pieces and I got crunchy alright...the chicken itself was dried out and crunchy , the exterior coating was dark chocolate brown and I can honestly say my dog wouldn't eat it...so sad I won't go back.

Have made the mistake of stopping here each time I've travelled to Yeppoon. Last time i waited for almost 30mins in the car park for fresh chips". Probably the worst fast food restaurant I've ever been to

Hungry Jack's Burgers Yeppoon
Dined in twice so far since they opened and have had a good experience on both occasions. The burgers were tasty and neatly made. The chips were hot and crispy and the soft drink wasn't too diluted with water and ice. Didn't have to wait long for the food and the staff were polite and apologetic on my second visit when I had to wait a few minutes during an extremely busy time of the day. The dining area was clean and the seating is good, the smaller tables have a lot of space between them so you don't have to worry about being too close to other customers of you use the smaller tables. The self serve digital menus work really well and are responsive but are sometimes it is order. The drive through usually very congested so I would consider that before thinking about using it if you're in a rush. Attention to detail of orders has been good, burgers ordered without pickles have been made correctly but just to test them out I adjusted my drink to have no ice but it still came with ice, not an issue but could maybe earn the last star by paying attention to little things like that. Hopefully they can maintain their current standards.

Usually love hj's. I ordered 5 sticky date puddings waited 15min that's ok they were super busy . But when the order was ready the lady dumped it on the counter, and no ice cream sorry. Not happy if I had known there was no icecream I wouldn't have bother with the order. PLEASE PUT A NOTICE ON THE DOOR IF THERE IS NO ICE CREAM.

Once again only my second visit to the drive through, order was taken quiet quickly, the wait was endless in access of 15 minutes just for a cold drink. I can understand how short staffed all business appear at present.Overall if you don’t have the time for slow service then like me just don’t go.

4th and final time. Food presentation poor. Quality ordinary. Long waits. Bunch of kids working with no direction. Nothing has improved. Don't bother pre-ordering on the app. Check orderS before you leave, they have gotten them wrong at a 50% strike rate.

Worst Hungry Jack's I ever been to. 1st time I went the thick machine wasn't working, had to pull out of drive thru and collect refund, couldn't do it through the hole in the wall. 2nd time had to but out front and wait for burger didn't have any made. 3rd and final visit 7 Dec 2022 again had to pull into parking and wait as they didn't have items. I asked why this always happens and was told if I don't like it why do I keep coming back?"
