Honestly couldn't fault the food but to have only 2 waitstaff looking after both Jamieson & Embers Restaurant really isn't good, they tried to provide fast & good service but we were waiting a long time for service and was difficult to get their attention. Really enjoyed our meals though so that's why they get 3 stars. Put more staff on guys, I know it's COVID times but it was a full house and they can't handle it alone.

We had an amazing dinner here! It's such a great location, with the tables in front of the huge windows looking out over the view, but definitely requires booking in advance because they have limited seating.All our meals were absolutely delicious, and a perfect size to be able to finish and then enjoy desert, without being too small. And you definitely want to have desert!They were also great at catering for dietary requirements.My only issue was that we were in the last seating for the evening (8pm) and the meals didn't arrive until after 9pm. The staff did apologise though. It felt like they were a bit under staffed.

Actually underrated, we were kindly given beautiful seats by the window despite it being a busy night with bookings. The ribeye was fantastic (pepper sauce average), ceviche, sprouts and lamb were all incredible. The waiters were very friendly.

Located within Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains.Great views and the fireplace adds a nice touch. The menu has a nice array of items to suite most tastes. Prices are on the higher side(as can be expected when dining at resorts). However if you are an Accor member, you do get 50% of food items - this makes a big difference. Very friendly staff. Advisable to make a booking as it does get very very busy.

Nice staffs, peaceful atmosphere and beautiful food. We order a scallop for entree, a share grilled beef for main and two desserts. The scallop is a must try when you come here, beef is nicely cooked (I was so eager to try it that I forgot to take photo of it), and dessert is very creative and yummy, not very sweet, and you can enjoy the whole plate. You should choose a table near the window to enjoy the scene hereThe next day we decided to have dinner here again, and we ordered the scallop again with another entree, seemed like crab soup and it is beautiful again, for main we chose the lamb rack and pork belly, the lamb was beautiful but the belly is a bit salty to me.

We had our lunch here and it took more than 30 minutes to serve our food. They also forgot one of our orders. When they served the food it was already cold. The wagyu burger was so salty. The $62 steak was so pathetic and it looks not so appetising. A $20 steak was better than this. It was pricey, very long waiting time given that only 3 tables are occupied.
