I highly recommend Chapman Conveyancing. I contacted Chapman late on Friday afternoon, needing a conveyancer to check through the contract of sale, for a property I wanted to purchase, which was going to Auction the very next day. It was very last minute, but Julie was more then accommodating.I had already engaged with an online conveyancing firm, but I realised very last minute that they were unprofessional, lacking integrity and hadn't done a proper review.Julie was the absolute opposite, she was professional, helpful, gave me a detailed review and sound advice. She will be my first point of contact when I need another conveyancer.

It was fantastic working with Julie. I found her responses prompt and comprehensive, throughout the purchasing process.She recently helped facilitate a smooth and efficient settlement for some mutual clients (which was at risk of running late, due to a bank error).
